These Terms of Service ("Terms") are a binding agreement between you and JJ Marketing Enterprise (Malaysia, SSM Reg. No. 202003300443 / RA0064019-X) ("Boss Buddy", "we", "us"), operator of the Boss Buddy AI service at bossbuddy.app ("Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
Boss Buddy AI is a business toolset for merchants, factories, and distributors in Hong Kong and Malaysia. It includes marketing tools — generating posters and captions, publishing to social accounts you choose to connect, scheduling and auto-posting, engagement insights, and member and reward flows — and Boss Buddy AI for Operation, a light ERP covering inventory, stock-taking and warehousing, orders, delivery and invoicing, recipes and costing, purchasing and suppliers, production and quality control, returns, e-commerce channel sync, finance, team roles, and related operational tools. Some features are paid for using prepaid credits ("Boss Buddy Credit") that are consumed as you use them. We may add, change, expand, limit, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time at our sole discretion.
The Service is a business tool. You must be at least 18 years old and authorized to act for the business you register. You are responsible for ensuring your use complies with all laws that apply to your business and your customers.
When you connect a third-party account (such as Facebook, Instagram, Threads, TikTok, or Google Business Profile), you authorize Boss Buddy to act on your behalf only for the actions you trigger — for example, publishing the content you create and reading insights for posts we publish. You may disconnect any account at any time, which stops all access.
Your use of each connected platform through Boss Buddy is also governed by that platform's own terms and policies, and you agree to comply with them, including:
You confirm you own or are authorized to manage every account you connect, and that the content you publish is yours or properly licensed.
You agree not to use the Service to:
We may suspend or remove content or accounts that breach this section or any platform's rules.
You keep ownership of the photos, captions, posters, operational records, and other content and data you upload or generate ("Your Content") — including, where you use Boss Buddy for Operation, your inventory, order, purchasing, production, finance, staff, customer and supplier records and any documents you upload. You grant Boss Buddy a limited license to host, process, and transmit Your Content solely to operate the Service for you. You are responsible for the accuracy and lawfulness of the data you enter, and for having the right to store any third-party personal data (such as your customers, suppliers, or staff) in the Service.
The Service uses AI (including the Google Gemini API) to generate captions and images from the inputs you provide. AI output can be inaccurate or unexpected. You are responsible for reviewing all generated content before you publish it, and for ensuring it is accurate, lawful, and appropriate for your business.
Paid plans are billed in advance through our payment processors, Stripe and Billplz; we do not store card numbers. Some usage-based features are paid using prepaid credits ("Boss Buddy Credit"), which are consumed as you use those features. Unless required by law or stated otherwise in writing, fees and credits are non-refundable. We may change pricing, plans, and usage limits on reasonable notice; changes apply to the next billing cycle. Failure to pay may result in suspension.
The Service relies on third parties (including Meta, TikTok, Google, Stripe, Billplz, Cloudflare, Vercel, and Neon). We are not responsible for the availability, acts, or policies of those services, and changes they make may affect features of the Service.
The Service, including its software, design, branding, and the "Boss Buddy AI" name and logo, belongs to JJ Marketing Enterprise and is protected by law. These Terms grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service; they do not transfer any ownership in it to you.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that it will achieve any particular marketing or sales result.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, JJ Marketing Enterprise will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us for the Service in the three (3) months before the event giving rise to the claim.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless JJ Marketing Enterprise from claims, damages, and costs arising from Your Content, your use of the Service, or your breach of these Terms or of any connected platform's rules.
You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time (see our Data Deletion page). We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms, fail to pay, or use the Service in a way that risks harm to others, to a connected platform, or to us. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (including 6, 10–13) will survive.
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify, add to, or replace these Terms, and to change, add, limit, or discontinue any part of the Service (including features, plans, usage limits, and pricing), at any time. The effective date above reflects the latest version. Material changes will be notified through the Service or by email. Continuing to use the Service after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia, and any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Malaysia, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.

Boss Buddy AI 是面向香港与马来西亚商家、工厂与分销商的业务工具：营销端（生成海报与文案、发布到你主动绑定的社交账号、定时自动发布、查看互动数据、运营会员与奖励），以及运营版 Operation（轻量 ERP：库存／盘点／仓库、订单／配送／发票、配方与成本、采购与供货商、生产与质检、退货、电商渠道同步、财务、团队角色等）。部分功能以预付「Boss Buddy Credit」储值按用量抵扣消耗。你须满 18 岁并有权代表所注册的商家；须妥善保管账号，并对账号下所有操作负责，也对你录入数据的准确性、合法性及存储第三方（顾客／供货商／员工）个人资料的权利负责。
绑定第三方账号（Facebook / Instagram / Threads / TikTok / Google Business Profile）即授权我们仅在你触发的操作范围内代你执行；可随时解绑停止访问。你须遵守各平台自身条款，并保证拥有或获授权管理所绑账号。禁止：垃圾／虚假／违法内容、侵权内容、刷评或操纵好评与互动、违反平台规则、上传恶意程序。你保留自己内容的所有权，仅授权我们为运营服务而托管、处理与发布。AI 生成内容可能不准确，发布前请自行审核。付款经 Stripe / Billplz 处理，我们不存卡号；除法律另有规定外费用与储值不退。我们保留随时自行决定修改本条款、以及新增／更改／限制／停止服务任一部分（含功能、套餐、用量上限、价格）的最终权利。本条款受马来西亚法律管辖。删除账号与数据见 数据删除页。联系：privacy@bossbuddy.app。
